When an image is received from a customer it has to be digitised into a stitch format to allow the embroidery machine to read it correctly. This can take several attempts due to making the necessary adjustments so that it stitches out correctly on to the garment. After each adjustment has been made the design is stitched out and quality checked until we are happy it is to a high standard. We will then send the customer an example for their approval. Adjustments can then be made at the customers request if required.
